"El Lay" Touchy Feely Day

Holding a hot cup of coffee or a freezing bowl of ice cream can affect how you interact with people, our sense of touch impacts our relationships. We form impressions based not just on what people say and wear, but on tactile messages. Holding that warm cup of coffee and you are more likely to review others as caring and generous. If you sit in a comfortable chair you are more likely to be more open to compromise. Sit in a hard, uncomfortable seat will make you less affable and caring. Physical contact and touching is as important as sight and hearing. Giving them some flowers will make things better.

With Valentine's Day coming up, your significant other will be expecting a bouquet of roses and a box of chocolate. This will be the perfect day on being a "touchy feely" guy. I don't know what it is about this day that gets them in a sensitive mood. You can give your partner grief all year long, but you better not do it on this overly dramatized day.

Hell, give them some flowers and be done with it.
Until the next lesson, Stay down!
